NPR, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and Harvard University recently released one of the largest and deepest dives into the data surrounding workplace wellness, in the 2016 Workplace and Health Study. The results are not good. Employees are stressed, overworked, and don’t take their personal time off. So what can organizations do?
