Date: Wednesday, September 6, 2017

Duration: 60-minutes

Companies spend millions of dollars implementing various initiatives to help improve workplace wellness and employee wellbeing (physical, mental, and social wellness). NPR, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and Harvard University recently released one of the largest and deepest dives into the data surrounding workplace wellness, in the 2016 Workplace and Health Study. The results are not good.  Employees are stressed, overworked, and don’t take their personal time off. So what can organizations do?

The O.C. Tanner Institute uncovered which company benefits and programs designed to improve employee wellness actually impact employees’ sense of health and wellbeing, and which don’t. Join us as researcher and writer Christina Chau, along with wellness expert Steven Day, discuss the latest wellness data and share how to create a culture that supports the overall health and wellbeing of employees in our free, HRCI-accredited webinar.

You will learn:

  • The current state of corporate wellness from NPR’s far reaching study, The Workplace and Health and the O.C. Tanner Institute’s Health and Well-being Study

  • The impact of high employee wellbeing
  • How to reduce stress and create a culture of wellness at your organization
