Josh is passionate about creating content that empowers talent acquisition teams to transform how, where, when, and why they build relationships with the right people. Before joining SmashFly, he founded Zinc Media, a consultancy that helped companies change the way they told their brand’s story. Zinc Media’s clients included HP Enterprise, Sabre, Rackspace, OpenView Venture Partners, and others. When Josh isn’t writing or tinkering, you can find him at home with his wife and adorable twin girls.
Tom Boyle is a seasoned product executive who has spent the past 20+ years building innovative technologies that change the way people work. His expertise spans all areas of talent management, with a focus on talent acquisition in support of large enterprise organizations.
In his current role, he provides advice to clients to help fully leverage and optimize the Cornerstone application and create business strategies to align with business goals and objectives.
Before joining Cornerstone, Tom worked as a product executive, building cutting edge recruiting, onboarding and video interviewing technology for the large enterprise. He has consulted with hundreds of global organizations on their unique business challenges, helping to assemble the right recruiting and onboarding strategy to meet their needs.
Tom has a strong understanding of the latest talent management trends and challenges facing HR. He has been a contributor on both industry and mainstream media outlets including: Forbes, LinkedIn, HCI, ERE, Mashable, Glamour, and HRBartender.
