   John Llamas

John is an accomplished leader with over 3 decades of experience in HR and IT as an executive in businesses and consulting. John has worked primarily with Fortune 500 multi-national corporations in: Retail, Health Care, Financial Services, Hi-Tech, and Transportation, as well as Utilities and Government.

John’s corporate experience includes HR Director in Health Care (Kaiser-Permanente) and Retail (L Brands). He has led HR strategy and operations in medical centers and corporate settings. He has led both HR and IT transformation projects and developed key strategic and tactical initiatives leading to more effective and efficient HR programs and delivery.

Additionally, John has spent half of his career in consulting: 5 years with PwC as a Principal Consultant leading SAP and PeopleSoft implementations, 2 years in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice and 10+ years as a partner leading strategy and client services in a boutique HR consulting firm. John has in-depth knowledge and experience in effective planning, budgeting, and management as well as a comprehensive mastery of HCM technologies and implementation.

John is an active volunteer, most recently completing 5 years as Board President of the Central Ohio Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation. He now resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife, Teresa. They have two adult children.
