Yeager currently oversees IBM Kenexa Skill and Behavioral Assessments; Talent Frameworks/Competencies; and HR Analytics using Watson across North America. He previously held sales leader within Kenexa and IBM.

Prior to joining IBM, Yeager held sales leadership roles with successful management consulting and market research companies with BTS and Information Resources Inc. where he oversaw sales on the West Coast.
