Carla has a passion for improving how work gets done by integrating technology into business processes. In her last human resources role before joining Visier, she built a Global HR Services team, focusing on delivering expertise in project/change management, process design and improvement, technology and analytics. The goal was to elevate HR capability while also focusing on making a more seamless experience across the employee lifecycle. An important part of building HR capability included leveraging data to drive decisions and she acquired Visier to help support these goals.
