It’s a fact: Organizations with a strong learning culture outperform the competition. And the numbers don’t lie:
- 34% more employee productivity
- 26% greater ability to deliver quality products
- 39% more likely to innovate
Indeed, an amazing 46% of overall improved business outcomes track back to organizations with high-impact learning cultures. It’s no wonder why companies like SAP, Apple, Zappos, and Pixar have soared to the top of their industries and are also widely known for creating work environments where learning is highly valued and nurtured.
But creating a culture of learning takes work. What kind of work?
